What is the Wild Atlantic Discovery Challenge?

Delegates are picked up from their hotel or venue in our 4×4 vehicles and are chauffeured by our  experienced drivers on their chosen route along the Wild Atlantic Way. Teams in each vehicle are given an iPad and must use the Go Team App to navigate their way around  the Wild West, reaching various checkpoints which are set at iconic and unspoilt locations off the tourist trail.

Delegates will take part in fun, sporting activities and sample local cuisine from our Pop Up Artisan Tasting Stations at each checkpoint while taking in the stunning views that Ireland has to offer. Teams will receive points at every checkpoint they arrive to, which adds to their overall score. Our drivers will drop delegates back to their chosen hotel or venue at the end of the experience.

What’s included in the Wild Atlantic Discovery Challenge? 

Activities include: Hurling Workshop at Fanore Beach, Axe Throwing on private lands at Doolin, Sheep Herding at a farm near the Cliffs of Moher. Why not learn how to make a Hot Whiskey using our Kelly Kettles while in a remote part of the The Burren? 

Pop Up Artisan Tasting Stations include: Wild Atlantic Smoked Salmon on Homemade Brown Bread, Local Farmhouse Cheeses with chutneys and  Homemade scones with all the trimmings! 

Pop Up Distillery & Brewery Stations can also be arranged with speciality Irish Whiskeys, locally distilled Gins and Irish tonics, Sloe Gin, Local Craft Beers and IPA’s and of course our native ‘Moonshine’ Poitin!
